That’s the question Minneapolis therapist Corey Yeager wants you to ask. It’s the title of his new book, which is structured as a series of 40 questions to ask yourself. It’s meant to get readers thinking about their life, the way they cope with stress and anxiety and how to better take care of themselves during difficult times.
MPR News host Angela Davis talks with Yeager about his new book, working with athletes as a sports psychotherapist and the current state of mental health.

Corey Yeager is a licensed marriage and family therapist. He is currently a psychotherapist for the Detroit Pistons. He previously worked as a therapist in Minneapolis Public Schools. He has a PhD in family social science.
