April 4 update on COVID-19 in MN: Death toll increases to 24; state releases list of affected long-term care facilities

State health officials reported Saturday that the overall number of confirmed cases in the state increased by 76 — the largest single-day increase in cases so far in Minnesota. And the Minnesota Department of Health started releasing the names of long-term care facilities with COVID-19 cases.
