For half a century, the mall was a place to meet and hang out for teens and tweens. In addition to dwindling jobs, the rise in technology is making it hard to even get teens to spend time in malls.

Duluth can see the finish line for new mountain bike trail
City leaders and biking groups celebrated completion of phase one of the Duluth Traverse trail system on Friday. When complete, the trail will consist of five trail hubs linked by a trail spanning 26 miles along city's steep hillside.
