35W bridge may be open, but its still not quite done

Traffic has been rolling over the new I-35W bridge for almost a week now, but the project still isn't officially done yet.
The state and the company that built the bridge are still going over the details of the quarter billion dollar project.
These remaining details are important. They will decide the final cost of the bridge, including the size of the bonus the construction firm gets for finishing ahead of schedule.
Minnesota Public Radio's Tim Nelson joined Tom Crann to discuss some of those details.
