Rainfall has been below normal in most areas of the state, but some have seen heavy thunderstorms deliver over 2 inches of rain through the first week of the month.

Retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley joined Cathy Wurzer to discuss the spotty rainfall we’ve seen this month.
