As river rises, St. Paul to close stretch of Shepard/Warner Road

In a file photo of flooding in March 2019, a stretch of Shepard and Warner roads in St. Paul is inundated by Mississippi River floodwaters. The blue railing marks the edge of the riverbank. City officials plan to close the road again on Sunday evening as the river level rises.
