Areas of cloud cover and even an isolated shower will continue Wednesday for much of central and southern Minnesota. Abundant sunshine will likely wait until Friday.
Clouds hold on for a couple more days
Lingering areas of clouds will once again keep temperatures cool for much of Minnesota Wednesday, however highs in the 60s are actually closer to normal.
There could yet be some isolated to spotty showers as much of our lower and mid level flow continues to come from the east on the north side of the departing weekend storm system.
Thursday should be a few degrees warmer, in the 60s and more widespread 70s with a few more peeks of sunshine.
Things really warm up Friday into the weekend. Highs will be in the 80s across southern Minnesota this weekend.
