To grow Minnesota’s future forests, an effort to collect seeds takes root

Minnesota is placing renewed emphasis on planting more trees to combat climate change, replace those lost to emerald ash borer, and provide shade to neighborhoods. The state legislature recently appropriated over $12 million for these efforts.
