Minnesota isn’t out of the woods yet when it comes to frost in the forecast.
“Our good friends up in northern Minnesota, they can have frost anytime during the summer,” climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley said.
Much of the state this week saw record-setting daily rainfall records. Pipestone saw 2 inches in one day on Tuesday, May 20 and Kimball saw 2.21 inches that following Wednesday.
“Lots of gratitude from farmers,” Seeley said.
