Showers are decreasing early Tuesday morning. Much drier air is on its way. Then chillier-than-normal weather is on tap starting Wednesday.
Most of Minnesota is enjoying spectacular weather early this week. Temperatures Monday afternoon have reached the 80s once again across much of Minnesota under bright blue skies and strong late May sunshine.
Most of Minnesota sees another warm and humid day Monday, with a risk for strong storms in eastern and southern portions of the state.
Melting snow usually means water for the West. But this year, it might not be enough
Much of the West is in extreme drought, and a good spring snowmelt could bring relief. But drought and the warming climate make that less likely, putting the water supply for millions of people at risk.
