Very warm Thursday; more seasonable weekend temperatures
Thursday will bring even warmer temperatures and some will be near record territory. We’ll see plenty of sunshine also. A clipper system will bring snow showers to northern Minnesota Friday and cooler air for all this weekend. 
50s on tap for Thursday; 30s return this weekend
It was much warmer than normal Wednesday afternoon and even warmer temps are on tap for Thursday. We have your weather outlook heading into the weekend.
Mild, breezy Wednesday with warmer air ahead
We’re in for a December heat wave the next few days with highs in the 40s and 50s in southern Minnesota. Cooler air is back for the weekend with some snow possible especially north. 
Warmer Wednesday and Thursday, another clipper system Friday
Wednesday will be much warmer with a mix of clouds and sun. Highs will be in the 40s and 30s. Thursday will bring 50s to southern Minnesota. A clipper system will bring colder air for the weekend.
Cooler overnight with refreeze ahead of some very mild days
With clearing skies it will be a cooler night so watch out for refreeze from the melting snow on road and sidewalk surfaces. Temperatures will soar into the 40s Wednesday with some sun. 
Dreaming of a white Christmas? El Niño might want a word with you
More often than not we pull off a white Christmas in the Twin Cities. But this year we’re in an El Niño pattern, which creates mild winters, and we’ve been lacking for snow so far this season. The forecast models don’t offer much hope.
Decreasing clouds Tuesday with a big warmup coming
Clouds will decrease Tuesday in the wake of Monday night’s weak clipper system. Highs will be mostly in the 30s. Much warmer temperatures are ahead for Wednesday and Thursday. 
A few flurries and sprinkles overnight into Tuesday; big midweek warmup
A weak clipper is bringing a few flurries and sprinkles Monday night and will drop temperatures some in northwestern Minnesota. Temperatures trend well above normal for Wednesday and Thursday. 
Very mild days ahead; near-record highs possible Wednesday, Thursday
Areas of fog will burn off Monday morning with increasing clouds ahead of a weak clipper system. Some light snow showers and sprinkles will be possible late Monday into Monday night. Then a big warmup commences for the rest of the week. 
Mild Monday; increasing clouds with some light snow and sprinkles late
Monday will be mild with increasing clouds and morning fog in spots. Light snow showers and sprinkles will become possible later in the day as a clipper system moves through.
