The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Global Forecast System model cranks out widespread 1 to 3-inch rainfall totals across the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota from Thursday through Saturday.

Tuesday will again be seasonably cool with sunshine for most of central and southern Minnesota. Northeastern Minnesota will see more clouds. Rain develops late Thursday into Friday.

Tuesday will be another seasonably cool day with sunshine and highs mostly in the 50s. There will be more clouds northeast. Rain develops by late Thursday for southern Minnesota.
