Feels like September again; some great fall colors to the north
Our stretch of July-like weather has ended and our Sunday will have an autumnal feel to it. A few spots in Minnesota will see some showers at times, but the steady rains have shifted into Iowa and southern Wisconsin. Temps rebound a bit on Monday and Tuesday. Cooler Sunday; a peek at fall colors
Our stretch of highs in the 80s is over. Sunday highs will be a bit below normal, then temps rebound a bit as we start the coming week. We also take a fresh look at our fall colors.
Sunday will be the nicer day of this weekend. Minnesota and western Wisconsin will see some off and on showers and thunderstorms Saturday and Saturday evening. Some spots could see a severe thunderstorm. Weekend leaf-peepers will like the latest fall color report.
It’ll feel more like July than September Friday afternoon. Unusually warm temperatures and dew points creeping above 70 degrees will be accompanied by a chance of a shower or thunderstorm.
