State agents are investigating the death of a man who died after he was arrested on felony warrants in Moorhead. The man was identified Thursday as 50-year-old Jeremy Robert Kelly of Fargo.
A Defense Department contract linguist — formerly of Rochester, Minn. — has been charged with giving classified information, including the names of American intelligence assets, to a Lebanese national with ties to the militant group Hezbollah, the Justice Department announced Wednesday.
