Prosecutors are reviewing charges against a man held for fatally stabbing two men at a Salvation Army apartment building in Minnesota.
The patrol says that from Friday evening through early Monday, 370 motorists were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Last year, the patrol says there were 175 DWI arrests.
