The Sherburne County Sheriff's Office says the 53-year-old man was riding on a county road in Santiago Township around 6:30 p.m. Sunday when he ran off the road and hit a mailbox.
A propane tank exploded at a construction site near Rosemount's middle and elementary school. Highway 3 was briefly closed and the elementary school dismissed later than usual because of the incident.
Officials say they've found only debris and human remains in the search of the area where a helicopter crashed in Florida Tuesday night with 11 people aboard.
