The agent who fatally shot Renee Good in Minneapolis is an Iraq War veteran who has served for nearly two decades in the Border Patrol and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Court documents obtained Thursday by The Associated Press show Jonathan Ross was injured last summer when he was dragged by a suspect’s moving vehicle.
