Minnesota utility workers dispatched to help Florida hurricane recovery

For the third time in a decade, the Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association has sent a fleet of line crews and equipment to help restore power in the wake of an East Coast hurricane. Sixteen local utilities have dispatched crews and trucks to Florida to help with recovery from Hurricane Dorian.
