Great Plains storm disrupts travel Tuesday

A major storm system bringing freezing rain and blizzard conditions to parts of the Great Plains Tuesday is affecting some flights to and from the Twin Cities. Mayo Clinic gives Rochester schools $10M

Mayo Clinic is giving Rochester Public Schools $10 million dollars to help it avoid a sweeping and controversial redistricting plan. The funding will prevent the district from having to close three schools, and dramatically scales back a plan to eliminate busing for a host of schools that award spots based on a lottery system. Several health metrics decline for Minnesota. State population rebounds post-pandemic

Final flag touch-ups happening today. More sick leave time for workers next year

The State Emblems Redesign Commission is putting the final touch-ups on a new Minnesota state flag Tuesday. The flag becomes official next spring, unless state lawmakers intervene. And more Minnesota workers will be able to accrue paid sick time starting next year under a new law.
