It may not feel like it yet, but spring is, in fact, on its way.
During the growing season, we get occasional audio postcards from wildflower chasers Phyllis Root and Kelly Povo, authors of "Searching for Minnesota's Native Wildflowers."
Earlier this week, they went looking for delicate, fuzzy purple pasqueflowers at River Terrace Prairie Scientific and Natural Area, near Cannon Falls, and sent along some signs of hope.
