Showers south with some peeks of sun Thursday. Cold Friday and Saturday
Scattered showers will fall mainly in southern Minnesota Thursday morning. Many will see at least peeks of sun. Winds increase once again and remain blustery through Saturday. 
Frosty nights ahead for Minnesota
Widespread frost and freezing temperatures will cover Minnesota late this week.
Multi-inch soaking boosts yearly rainfall totals above normal
We’re finally above average for yearly rainfall in much of southern Minnesota. Tuesday’s heavy rainfall dropped 2 to 5 inches of rain from around the Twin Cities westward. Less than an inch of rain fell across most of northern Minnesota.
Wet and windy Tuesday into Wednesday with cooler temperatures
Significant rain will fall across much of Minnesota Tuesday into Wednesday with the heaviest amounts in southern Minnesota. The rest of the week will also be cooler.

A soggy spring weather system is coming our way for Tuesday into Wednesday.
Warm Monday; wet and potentially stormy Tuesday
A red flag warning goes into effect 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. for southwestern Minnesota due to dry and windy conditions elevating the fire threat. Widespread soaking rain develops for Tuesday.
Cooler temps return this week; soaking rains Tuesday
Temperatures will trend downward the next few days and we have soaking rains in the forecast Tuesday and Tuesday night.
