A clipper system and cold front is bringing scattered showers Thursday. Temperatures will be cooler, especially Friday but sunshine and beautiful weather return for the weekend. Air quality will be diminished Thursday for many areas also.
Hazy and warm with reduced air quality west; showers Thursday
Smoke still fills the skies across Minnesota and air quality is expected to be diminished to moderate in western Minnesota. Highs will be in the 70s east to low 80s west Wednesday. Showers develop late Wednesday into Thursday.
Continued smoky skies, dry Wednesday for most; showers Thursday
Expect smoky skies yet on Wednesday though not as thick as yesterday. Most of Wednesday will be dry with a few more clouds. Showers will move into northwest Minnesota late and track south and east Thursday.
