After some early morning showers and thunder, clearing skies will heat things up. Highs will be near 90 again in the south, but a cool front is sweeping across the state.

Some scattered showers and thunder will move through early Thursday. Skies will clear and temperatures will heat up to near 90 again by afternoon.
Scattered showers, thunder drift west to east across Minnesota overnight
Blustery south winds continue to blow in warmer, more humid air. Northern and western Minnesota will see scattered showers and thunderstorms overnight and what’s left will drift southeast across the state.
Hotter Wednesday; storms north
Temperatures are heating back up in southern and western Minnesota Wednesday. Northern Minnesota will see scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Heating back up Wednesday and Thursday
Things are heating back up for southern and western Minnesota Wednesday and Thursday. Northern Minnesota will see the risk of some thunderstorms.
Expect some midday sunshine Tuesday after scattered showers clear. Thunderstorms will pop up again late in the afternoon. Temperatures heat up again Wednesday and Thursday.
Showers, thunder chances Tuesday; heating up
Some showers and thunder are possible Tuesday with temperatures warming up into the 70s and 80s across the state. Heat builds back in Wednesday bringing many spots close to 90 again.
Warmer Monday and through midweek; scattered showers at times
Expect warmer temperatures and lighter winds for Monday. Scattered shower and thunderstorm chances mainly midweek. Cooler and mostly dry for the weekend.
