It’ll be an old-fashioned Fourth of July holiday weekend, with plenty of warmth. We have the forecast details, plus a look at drought conditions around Minnesota and elsewhere in the United States.
Warm, dry start to July. Then a hot weekend
July will start with a couple warm but dry days. The Fourth of July weekend will be hot with a little mugginess by Sunday.
Warm but less humid through Friday; hot July Fourth weekend
Typical summer warmth will stay with us, but the humidity will be down for a few days. The weekend looks hot with increased humidity. Next week should bring periods of unsettled weather.
As the isolated showers and storms lingering in eastern Minnesota wind down Tuesday evening, the state heads into a much drier pattern again, and the heat builds back in by late week.
