Cold and sunny for Tuesday; snow returns by Thursday

More cold air moved into the state Tuesday. By Wednesday afternoon our temperatures return to average or above for all of Minnesota. Light snow will move in on Thursday.

Phil didn't see his shadow, but our groundhogs saw theirs; mild Sunday temps, but windy

Groundhogs are cute, but I wouldn’t rely on a groundhog to tell me how long winter will last. Having said that, we have your Groundhog Day details. We also have details on our mild Sunday temps and strong winds, and the changes that are coming this week.
