Strong to severe thunderstorms with damaging wind and hail will track generally east-southeast across central Minnesota through Monday night, mostly along and north of the I-94 corridor. meanwhile, Category 4 Hurricane Dorian has bombarded Grand Bahama Island with devastating wind and water all day.
