Lovely summer days to begin the week
A few dry, beautiful July days are coming our way through at least Wednesday. Then look for chances of thunderstorms toward the end of the week.
Much lower humidity for Sunday; lovely July days coming
The thunderstorms along with the sultry heat and humidity are all gone this Sunday morning. We can enjoy several lovely summer days until late in the week.
After a wild weather ride in southern Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, we can all settle in and enjoy our Sunday.
Two waves of thunderstorms moved through much of southern Minnesota, the metro area and western Wisconsin Saturday morning, causing several areas of storm damage.
Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected this Saturday across much of southern and central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Some areas will see heavy rain. Some strong thunderstorms and a few severe thunderstorms will be possible.

A tornado watch continues until 10 p.m. for the Twin Cities metro area and portions of central and northern Minnesota and northwestern and west-central Wisconsin. Our excessive heat warning also continues until 10 p.m.
