Coleman proposes statewide drink tax to solve stadium issues

St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman has proposed a 2-cent per drink statewide sales tax to raise money to build a new Vikings stadium, remodel the Xcel Energy Center and help finance a new ballpark for the St. Paul Saints. But most of the major stadium players are already dismissing the plan.
