3 added to Best Buy exec search panel
Best Buy has named the three more outside board members will search for the electronics retailer's next chief executive.
Lisa Caputo of Travelers, Ronald James of the University of St. Thomas, and Sanjay Khosla of Kraft Foods will join search committee chair Kathy Higgins Victor. She's a leadership coach who chairs the board's Nominating, Corporate Governance and Public Policy Committee.
The board expects to take six to nine months to find a replacement for Brian Dunn, who resigned last week, as the board investigated unspecified issues relating to his personal conduct.
