Blowtorch February start; cooler in a week

The Twin Cities and much of Minnesota are running about 19 degrees warmer than normal through the first two days of February, and even warmer temperatures are likely again next week.

Groundhog Day marks middle of winter and sees a repeat of unusual warmth
