We’ll have occasional areas of scattered showers and some thunder through Saturday night, especially for southern and southwestern Minnesota. Heavy rain is possible in parts of southern Minnesota Saturday into Saturday night.
Occasional showers and thunder through early Sunday, then clearing
Look for occasional areas of scattered showers and some thunder Friday. We’ll especially see this activity pick up in western and southern Minnesota Friday night into Saturday night. Skies will clear northwest to southeast Sunday.
Heavy rain Thursday morning in SE Minnesota; unsettled through early Sunday
Heavy rain lingers in southeast Minnesota through morning and will dissipate midday. More spotty storms are possible later in the day Thursday into Thursday night. Some storms could be strong in southwest Minnesota.
Mixed sun with scattered thunderstorms into Saturday
We’ll see many dry hours, with occasional scattered thunderstorms into the weekend.
Heavy thunderstorm potential late Wednesday night
It feels like June out there, and our warmer more humid air mass has the potential to spark some strong storms Wednesday night into Thursday.
Very warm Wednesday with more showers, thunder ahead
Lingering scattered showers and thunder in northern Minnesota will fizzle out by midday. Isolated thunder is possible late Wednesday with a better chance of spotty showers, thunder overnight into early Thursday.
Continued unsettled pattern with increased rain chances the next few days
We remain in an unsettled pattern. Northern Minnesota has the best chance of spotty showers and storms Wednesday while southern Minnesota will see the potential for isolated late day thunder. The chances increase statewide over the next few days.
