Tornado watch until 10 p.m. includes Twin Cities area
This is a dangerous situation for the greater Twin Cities area. Severe storms with the potential for tornadoes, damaging winds and large hail are possible in and near the watch zone. Stay alert for possible tornado warnings.
Second wave of severe storms possible Monday afternoon
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration sees an enhanced risk for severe storms in an era that includes much of the Twin Cities, eastern Minnesota, and western Wisconsin.
