Scattered showers have been wetting parts of Minnesota this Saturday afternoon. Strong and possibly severe thunderstorms are likely in the northern half of Wisconsin for the evening and into Saturday night. A persistent cooldown is headed our way for the upcoming workweek.

Saturday will feel like lingering summer again, especially across southern Minnesota. Scattered showers are crossing northern parts of the state. Strong thunderstorms are likely to grow over northern Wisconsin Saturday evening. Much cooler temperatures are on their way for the upcoming week.
One last summery day, then gradually turning much cooler
Saturday will bring summery temperatures again, especially to southern Minnesota. Scattered showers are on tap across the north, mainly Saturday afternoon. Strong thunderstorms are likely to develop just east of the Twin Cities in late afternoon.

Above average temperatures continue through Saturday, then the month ends on a much colder note. Meanwhile, spotty showers and storms could include isolated severe weather Friday evening.
After a foggy start for parts of the state, much of Minnesota sees sunshine and warm weather. However, a cold front brings showers and storms across northern Minnesota and starts cooling the weather by Saturday.
