Watch: Walz, other Democratic governors to defend immigration policies before Republican-led House panel
Republicans in Congress are calling several Democratic governors to Washington to question them over policies limiting cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The governors of Illinois, Minnesota and New York are to testify Thursday before the House Oversight Committee, which has been investigating sanctuary jurisdictions.
