UB40's take on 'Red Red Wine' topped the Billboard pop chart 30 years ago

The band's rendition of the Neil Diamond song was featured on "Labour of Love," their album of covers. For his part, Neil Diamond says the UB40 version is among his favorite covers of one his songs. When he performs "Red Red Wine" now, he uses UB40's reggae arrangement.
