Tornado watch issued for southern Minnesota; severe weather threat in southern Minnesota

A tornado watch is in effect for southwestern and southern Minnesota Sunday night as conditions remain favorable for severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and isolated tornadoes.
