Somali forces end extremist siege of hotel; 26 dead

Somali forces on Saturday morning ended an all-night siege on a hotel in the southern port city of Kismayo, in which the death toll has risen to 26 people, including a prominent Canadian-Somali journalist and several foreigners, officials say.

Mueller testimony delayed until July 24

Water Gremlin to pay $500 fine per day in addition to $7 million settlement

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has denied an extension for the White Bear Lake Township company to test its pollution control equipment. Water Gremlin was fined earlier this year for air quality violations for more than 15 years.
