Donald Trump is taking his campaign back to Minnesota, a state that has favored Democrats but that the former president thinks could be within his reach this year. The former Republican president and his running mate, JD Vance, rallied supporters in St. Cloud on Saturday, where Trump attacked the likely Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris.  Democrats, including Gov. Tim Walz, campaigned in St. Paul.
