TSA plans to close airport hotel checkpoint in November, citing staffing concerns
The Transportation Security Administration said the checkpoint in the InterContinental Hotel’s skyway will close Nov. 18. Federal Security Director Clifford Van Leuven said the number of passengers going through the checkpoint “does not justify continued deployment of TSA staff.”
