Some central and northern Minnesota school districts canceled or delayed the start of classes on Monday, Dec. 9, due to snow and icy roads.
Winter weather advisories continue for northwest and northeast Minnesota until noon Monday, with a winter storm warning in effect until noon for the North Shore where some locations have received more than a half-foot of snow.
