Starting today, burning restrictions are in place across more than a dozen Minnesota counties, including several in the Twin Cities metro. Among the counties affected by the restrictions are Hennepin, Ramsey, Chisago, Mille Lacs, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd and Washington counties.
