Smoke then soak: What's ahead in the forecast
Smoke from Canadian wildfires has once again triggered an air quality alert across parts of Minnesota. Our forecast calls for heavy rainfall, potentially washing some of the smoke out of the air.

Stalled frontal boundary focus for multiple rounds of storms
A nearly stalled frontal boundary will be the focus for multiple rounds of storms through Friday. Heavy rain is possible especially Thursday night for southern Minnesota. 
Much warmer with increasing sunshine Tuesday. Stormy weather ahead
Sunshine will really warm temperatures Tuesday. Clouds increase Wednesday with the first of a few rounds of storms developing later in the day. The pattern is active through Friday.
