Another gorgeous day Sunday before the next chance of thunder

Soaking rain but not a drought-killer

Rain wraps up Friday evening. The weekend begins foggy but wraps up with lots of sunshine and cooler weather than we’ve had recently. The next best chance of rain is early next Tuesday.

Flash drought in Minnesota thanks to recent hot, dry weather

Due to two rounds of hot, dry weather this month, flash drought has taken hold in the state. Areas of drought have doubled in the last two weeks.
