Wednesday will be cooler with highs in the 70s south to 60s north. Dew points will continue to fall to September like levels. Wednesday night will see temps dip into the 50s and 40s.
Scattered showers and storms to wrap up the Fourth
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will build into Tuesday evening. But the risk of severe weather has decreased. Wednesday will be cooler and drier.
Steamy Independence Day with potential severe storms
Left over morning thunderstorm and shower activity will continue to diminish. Clouds will partially clear making for a steamy afternoon Tuesday. More storms will develop in southern Minnesota that could become severe.

Hot, humid weather will take us into a Fourth of July that could turn quite stormy. Strong-to-severe storms are possible Tuesday afternoon and evening. Have a plan to receive warnings.

A heat advisory is posted for the Twin Cities for Monday afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the mid-90s south with spotty storms possible later Monday. More widespread storms are possible Tuesday.
