Wave No. 2: Snow returns by evening
Snow will fall for the better part of 24 hours in many areas. That should easily produce 4 to 8 inches across most of Minnesota by late Thursday. Some ice may mix in at times.
Snow coming Tuesday and again late on Wednesday
Metro area snow should begin by late morning and continue through the afternoon and well into the evening. Something around 3 inches should fall by late afternoon with about another inch expected in the evening.
