Robbinsdale schools employee arrested for allegedly possessing child sex abuse images

In an email to staff and families, Robbinsdale Area Schools Superintendent Teri Staloch said a computer network technician was arrested on suspicion of possessing child sex abuse material. She said the staffer did not have unsupervised access to students.

Victims in quadruple homicide identified; suspect arrested and charged

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified three of the victims Friday. Joseph Douglas Goodwin, 17, of Minneapolis, Merelle Joan White, 20, of Red Lake, and Evan Ramon Denny, 27, of St. Paul died of gunshot wounds around midnight on Tuesday near 25th Street East and Bloomington Avenue.
