New details released in State Patrol fatal shooting of Ricky Cobb on I-94
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension on Thursday identified the trooper who shot Cobb during an early morning confrontation Monday along I-94 in Minneapolis. Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed or has video of the incident to contact them.
