Dangerous driving habits linger after lock-down affecting safety on Minnesota roads
Last year more people died on Minnesota roads than in any of the past 15 years. Mike Hanson, the director of the Office of Traffic Safety, says driving habits during the pandemic became dangerous and it's tough to put that genie back in the bottle.
