A chilly Friday; warmer through the weekend
A chilly Friday with highs mainly in the 40s to around 50 for some in southern Minnesota. We’ll have some lingering clouds but winds will be lighter from the northwest at 5-10 mph. After a cold early morning Saturday, temperatures rebound through the weekend.
Colder and windy Thursday; drought expands in latest drought monitor
Blustery north winds will push temperatures down from the 50s into the 40s across southern Minnesota and keep temperatures in the 30s and 40s in northern Minnesota Thursday. Frost will be widespread outside of the Twin Cities Thursday night. In the latest drought monitor, drought expands.
Dropping temperatures, windy Thursday
Thursday will be cooler as north winds blow at 10-25 mph. High temperatures will be in the 50s early and fall into the 40s by evening. Friday will be cooler with highs in the 40s and low 50s but with lighter winds and more sun.
Mild Wednesday; and then not so mild
Mild temperatures continue for Wednesday with isolated showers. Windy and much cooler Thursday.
