High water forcing road closures across Minnesota

Three state highways and many local roads remain closed Tuesday due to spring flooding across Minnesota. MnDOT says stretches of Highway 60 in Wabasha, Highway 22 near Richmond and Highway 47 north of Saint Francis are closed due to water over the road. Minneapolis pays $9 million to settle Chauvin excessive force suits

John Pope and Zoya Code sued the city last year, alleging Derek Chauvin kneeled on their necks in separate incidents in 2017. Chauvin killed George Floyd in 2020 using a similar restraint.
